Whether a corset, a pannier gown, or a fan full of secrets, your orders are prepared with the utmost care and dispatched without delay. Here is how the wonders leave the atelier of Le Bal de Sophie to reach your apartments, wherever they may be.
Delivery Methods
Orders are shipped via La Poste (Colissimo tracked) to France and international destinations.

Metropolitan France: Standard Colissimo with tracking, delivered without signature.

European Union & Worldwide: Colissimo International with tracking number.
A confirmation email with the tracking link will be sent as soon as your parcel is handed over to the postal service.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is free of charge, whatever the destination, for all standard orders.
Yes, Madame: your treasures shall not be troubled with travel expenses.

An express option may be offered upon request, with an additional fee calculated according to weight and destination.
Dispatch Times

In-stock products: shipped within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-order creations: the crafting time will be specified during our personalised exchange (depending on the nature of the order and the atelier’s calendar).
During busy seasons (Christmas, festivals, etc.), a slight additional delay may occur — in which case you will be informed with all the courtesy due to your rank.
Shipping Areas
Le Bal de Sophie ships throughout France, within the European Union, and to several international destinations.
If your country does not appear among the options at checkout, please write to sophiedl@lebaldesophie.com — I shall seek a solution worthy of the name.
Packaging
Each order is carefully wrapped by hand, using materials as elegant as they are eco-responsible, to protect your pieces while minimising environmental impact.
Customs Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be applied by the destination country.
When applicable, these fees remain the responsibility of the client.
