Refund Policy

🎭 Before the waltz should pause…

At Le Bal de Sophie, each piece is stitched with the soul of its era and the elegance of a signature. Yet should your heart waver, rest assured: the mistress of the house has arranged, in her meticulous concern for detail, a refund policy of lace and diplomacy.
Please read the following with calm, candlelight… and perhaps a sip of hot chocolate.

📜 Return Conditions

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return. Items must be:

• unworn and unwashed,

• in their original condition,

• and returned within 14 days after our approval.

Only standard (non-customised) items are eligible for a refund.

❌ Exclusions

Made-to-measure corsets and customised pieces (specific sizes, particular adjustments) cannot be refunded, in accordance with applicable legislation (French Consumer Code, Article L221-28). Refund eligibility will be indicated at the time of purchase.
Sale or promotional items are also non-refundable, except in the case of a proven defect.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

• A tracked shipment is strongly recommended (corsets lost in the postal limbo are seldom recovered…).

💰 Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 14 business days via the original payment method.
